The aircraft, serial number 1174, was delivered to Aurigny on July 19, 2024. It is the first of a multi aircraft ATR 72-600 commitment between Jetstream and Aurigny and will be used for Aurigny’s scheduled and charter passenger services between the Channel Islands, France, the Republic of Ireland and the United Kingdom. It will be followed by additional ATR 72-600s which will be delivered in the coming months.
Aurigny Air Services Limited, founded in 1968, is the second oldest established airline in Britain, and one of the longest serving regional airlines in the world. With head offices next to Guernsey Airport in the Channel Islands, Aurigny is wholly owned by the States Of Guernsey and operates a fleet including Dornier 228 and operator owned ATR 72-600s.
