Jetstream Aviation Capital, LLC is pleased to announce the delivery of one Saab 2000 passenger aircraft to Air Charter Express, the passenger division of Freight Runners Express, Inc. of Milwaukee, Wisconsin on October 13, 2021.

The aircraft, serial number 2000-008, is the first of a multi-aircraft commitment between Jetstream and Freight Runners Express and will be used within the airline’s contractual and ad hoc passenger charter business.

Freight Runners Express, founded in 1985, is an FAA Part 135 air carrier. In addition to the Saab 2000 aircraft, Freight Runners operates Embraer EMB-120 aircraft within its Air Charter Express passenger charter division, which specializes in ad hoc and contract operations for the collegiate sports sector, while Freight Runners’ cargo division operates Embraer EMB-120, Beech 1900 and Beech 99 aircraft on ad hoc and long-term contract operations for third parties including several major global cargo integrators. The company is based in a world-class operations and maintenance facility at the Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport (KMKE).
