Chad Rowe
Director of Technical Services
Chad Rowe is an aviation maintenance professional whose career includes more than twenty-five years of extensive senior-level aviation maintenance and project management experience within commercial aircraft lessors and MRO facilities and in military aviation. His responsibilities include leading Jetstream’s on-site technical relationships with lessees and third-party maintenance providers and management of all capital-intensive maintenance processes such as engineering modifications, heavy checks and passenger-to-freight conversions.
Prior to joining Jetstream, he served as Technical Asset Manager for Saab Aircraft Leasing of Reston, Virginia, the regional aircraft leasing division of Saab AB, where he focused exclusively on technical management of that company’s Saab 340 and 2000 global leasing portfolio. Previously, Chad was a lead aircraft mechanic for Embraer Maintenance Services in Nashville, the MRO division of the regional aircraft manufacturer where he was responsible for the management of numerous technical personnel. Prior, he was a crew chief with Pinnacle Airlines / Northwest Airlink in Memphis.
Chad is a veteran of the United States Army where he served in positions of increasing responsibility including Boeing CH-47 helicopter mechanic, crew chief, and flight engineer. He holds an FAA Mechanic Certificate with ratings for Airframe and Powerplant, and has received extensive technical training on Bombardier CRJ200, Embraer EMB-145, ERJ-170/190 and Saab 340 and 2000 aircraft.
