Donald Matsuura
Portfolio Manager
Donald Matsuura is an operations professional who serves as portfolio manager within Jetstream’s asset management group. He is responsible for monitoring and evaluating leased aircraft and engine maintenance reserves programs, aircraft acquisitions and dispositions, asset value trends and market data and supporting the commercial and technical management of our aircraft portfolio.
From 2013 to 2015, Donald served in various capacities including Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer, Export Compliance Officer and Project Manager within Regional One, a Miami-based regional aircraft parts, rotables and engine sales and leasing organization.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminology and Business Administration from the University of Miami, where he also received certification as a Paralegal. He is fluent in English and Japanese.
